Sara, an Operations Director and Scientific Project Manager, needed headshots for her LinkedIn profile and blogs. She’s also a busy mum and apparently enjoys ski diving! All of these many aspects of Sara’s life come across in her lovely warm personality. And it was my aim to capture this in her portraits
The Brief - Headshots Photographer Southampton
Sara’s is based in Romsey, which is a super pretty market town and perfect for a more casual headshots shoot. I’d already scoped out some locations so the whole shoot would feel more like a stroll around the town and Abbey Gardens.
Romsey isn’t far my my home and it really does make a great location for a headshots photographer in Southampton. There are so many interesting and pretty backdrops to use.
The Shoot - Headshots Photographer Southampton
As a headshot photographer in Southampton, I love the walking element of my shoots, it’s a great way to help my client relax and build a connection.
We started on Bell Street, which is a very pretty road lined with picturesque shops and buildings. From there we took a little walk around the back of the Corn Exchange and the Abbey, where there are nice gardens and walls ( I love a wall), plus it's quiet.
