One of the things I love about being a Bournemouth headshot photographer is the lovely women I get to work with. Team that up with a very cool location and I’ve just about got my dream booking. So I was super excited when Emily contacted me for her second Bournemouth headshot photography session with her chosen location the uber cool The Nici Hotel in Bournemouth.
Bournemouth Headshots Photographer - The Brief
This being Emily’s second shoot with me the brief was pretty straightforward. She just needed some more headshots to keep her social media up to date, so a half-hour session was all we needed to capture some gorgeous images of her. As a Bournemouth headshots photographer, I’m always happy to work with other photographers, and Emily is an amazing wedding photographer. So finding a good spot for her portraits came very easily with us almost instantaneously gravitating to the same places. It was lovely to have this interaction of creativity with her.

I’ve never been to The Nici so I was excited to see the hotel in person, and I wasn’t disappointed. It has a really sophisticated air and although the lighting was a little tricky in spots I love the images. We started the shoot quite early so the hotel was nice and quiet, which meant we could access all areas. The Nici was perfect for our Bournemouth headshot photography as you can see the variety of backgrounds gave us plenty of scope.
I was really happy with the results when I got home to do the edit, the images look so sophisticated and will be perfect for Emily’s wedding business.
